What it does

Two-phase Sales Support tool that generates structured site survey request emails to Sales Representatives, parses their replies using an LLM, and saves the result to MT-Database, and generates a PDF summary for authenticated download.

What it optimises

Replaces approximately 45 minutes of manual back-and-forth and copy-paste work per survey. Used by Sales Support to request and log site surveys for technical sales projects.

How it runs

Hosted web application with shared-password access. The user reviews extracted data before saving to MT-Database.
